Do not use this company. They are incompetent and do not understand the IT field at all. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and it is always a pain because they never seem to have time for anything else other than talking on the phone. Save yourself the trouble and just dont use Indian River Networks.

I have never had such terrible customer service from any company. I called to ask about my internet speed and the person on the phone said it was on hold because they were processing a new order. I asked what the delay was and they said it would be up to an hour. After an hour I called back and the person on the phone said that my speed wasnt even high enough to begin with and offered me a lower rate just to spite me. Do not use this company

I have had two different businesses that I believed were better. Indian River Networks and Indian River Networks US. But then again I had never used either of those before. So Im not sure what really matters to these people.good customer service average customer hour or the best services out there for sure. Its just nice to know that my efforts are being appreciated.
