I am a Mac user and have been using the Apple software for years. However I have never used an indoor Atlas before. The customer service was amazing They replied quickly to my questions and helped me create a custom plan that worked perfect for my home. Thank you so much I highly recommend this company

I was extremely disappointed with company indooratlas.com. I ordered an outdoor Atlas and it arrived completely different than the one that I received in the mail. The website says that the outdoor Atlas is for American home owners but the indoor Atlas is specifically made for Canadian homeowners. Also there are no markings on the exterior of either map indicating which country its from - both were returned to sender without any explanation. Needless to say Im not going to be using this company again

DO NOT USE INDOORATLAS.COM. THEY ARE RUINED AND WILL LEAVE YOU CRYING. THEIR SYSTEM REQUIRES A PASSWORD TO LOG IN AND THEN YOU CANT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT IT. ALSO THE SUPPORT TEAM IS TERRIBLE. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TWICE ABOUT MY ERRORS BEFORE THEY EVEN REPLIED TO MY MESSAGES

It seems like only a few people at IndoraTasers have any interest in helping their customers.
