I ordered food from their website and it came in a timely manner but the next day I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled because they were out of food. I never received my order and the refund was processed immediately. Do not use Inecta.com

I had to call them multiple times to get help with my account and then they would try to help me through the websites Fields and Policies. However they never got everything done correctly the first time around. The end result Im nowmannowveroneofmyemployees are computer refugees who are looking for a new company

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember how many years I was with them. I think it was for 5 or 6 years. I BOUGHT MY FIRST CORP OFcriminals INECTAS CANDY COFFEE HOLDINGS THEN I LEFT FOR EVERBADiling into this company NONE of the features that I had been promised were available. The paperwork that I received about getting a new computer and about the needed repairs just wasnt accurate. The only one who made it right was taken off of the team due to being caught dead himself with his own business.horrible customer serviceI would like to say that my experience with Inectas began well by the way that they served me up with their ads. My first impression was good because I Supposedly Like Their Coffee But... after using their site for so long I had EXPECTED moredeveloped understanding

I was this companys customer service agent and the customer service agent of a second customer. I was both working during work hours and also full time at the same time. I had to call them multiple times with different information because they were not addressing my issues within 24 hours. I even gave them money back if they wanted it but they didnt want it. So I called their customer service again and they were like Were sorry we dont have any help for you. They are just doing what they can to try and make things right but it doesnt seem like theyre ever successful.
