I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered their Infax software and had to deal with customer service that was complete ineptitude. They would not refund my money even though I had already paid for it and did not provide any support whatsoever. Do not bother using this company they are completely unsupportive and do not deserve your business.

I have had trouble with this company for a while now. I first started using infax.com in 2006 when it was a very small company and it was amazing. They have continue to do the great job they were hired to do. However over the past year or so the company has become quite professionalized and has start havingl new offerings. Some of the problems I have had with infax.com over that time are that it is less about our work than it is about newest technology being put into play and that infexity is not really their focus anymore- far from it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
