I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered their HCC Coding and HCC Risk Adjustment Tool only to find out that the tool does not work at all. The customer service is un responsive and they do not seem to be very interested in helping me fix the issue. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company at all. I was extremely disappointed with their services and found them to be nothing more than scam. They claim to have HCC Coding and HCC Risk Adjustment tools but in reality they just offer coding services. Furthermore the risk adjustment tool they sell is completeBSS which means that it will only give you very low scores for your risks. Do not bother using this company they are nothing more than scammers who prey on unsuspecting people.

I was this companys customer for many years. They have now gone out of business. I fully understand the risks involved with code development and risk adjustment. However they made me an offer I couldnt refuse that if I didnt change my ways and change my mind about their coding tools they would change my mind about my programming skills. I cant continue to go along with this business model where there is such a high risk of failure or damage to ones project.
