DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HELP WITH YOUR HOME THE FIRST TIME. THEIR SERVICES ARE COMPLETELY INVALID AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS OR REFUNDS. I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH BANK OF AMERICA FOR THEM TO RETURN MY CREDIT CARD AFTER THEY WERE OUT OF STATE AND THEN HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES. DO NOT EXPERIENCE THIS COMPANY EVER.

I just had the worst experience with this company. First of all they do not have a website or even an infinit-tech.com address. Secondly their communication was terrible. They told me my order would be delivered within days and then it never came. Finally their workmanship was sloppy at best and I ended up having to contact them multiple times to get my order fixed. Do not bother using this company

I was this companys customer service representative before. They did not provide what I needed or wanted in a quality product and I was always unhappy with my results. Now Im not the only one and it seems like they are just going through the motions. Occasionally youll get a call back but never received a response from them when you sent an email asking for help. And then there were the photos which took so long to get back to me - they should be Kopi Luwag instead of infinit-tech
