"I Just Bought A Brand New PS4 And Was"

I just bought a brand new PS4 and was able to play my friends former companys game Innocent. I was so excited to see how this game played with my PS4 but it has been the most difficult part of my installation to get right. The customer service personae are always so slow in getting back to you. I have had to call multiple times and they keep doing nothing. Its already taken weeks for them to start working on this. I have also received compliments about the design of the games dock especially because it is Infinity Media related. Thank you for your time and I will continue to recommend your product.

I am sure that this company is bad customer service. I had a great experience with their previous product but all of a sudden they changed the name to Infinity Media and never sent me my money. I tried sending them emails and they would not send me an email back. I did get a call from their customer service and she said that they would send me a check but never happened. So now Im started on this our our own and its really frustrating.
