infinity-sound is a scam. The whole thing started with them offering to sell me an impossible product that never worked. After I told them I didnt want it they kept trying to convince me to buy it anyways. Once I got the product it was a total disaster. The sound wasnt any better than before and the customer service was terrible too. Avoid this company at all costs

Infinity Sound is a company that sounds like its in the business of making terrible music. They sound like theyre always trying to be something new but nothing ever seems to work out and they never seem to improve on what theyve already done. The customer service was horrible as well - I had to get my refund after spending 100 on their products.

The phone is always busy and I have to wait forever for someone to help me with my account or something. Ive tried every howto imaginable and Im but not confident enough to tell them how to solve the problem. I just got another package from company infinity-sound. Im very disappointed in them The service was great when I first created my account but now its terrible. They have no faith in their system and they sure as hell dont seem to be able to improve it. Stayaways is better.Innocent software once again has failed us again with our Infinity Sound problem. We have had same issue with other companies as well and are always happy with the results. We have given up on this type of business and will not be returning next year.Opinion Incorrect
