The company Infoglen.com is a complete mess. Ive used it for years and never had any good experiences. The digitalization process was so slow and there were always errors. Its really difficult to use this website because you have to keep track of all the changes that are going on and its very hard to find what youre looking for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a customer of company infoglen for about 2 years now and I have to say that they are a terrible company. They deliver digitalization services that are not Powered by Salesforce which makes them useless in my opinion. Additionally their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I could not believe how terrible this company is. I ordered a digital marketing service and their system said it would take 2-4 weeks for my order to arrive. It came back with an estimate of almost 3 months I finally received the product after long wait but it was so poorly made and did not work at all. Do not use this company

I have had the opportunity to use infoglen.com for a number of years now and find it to be an accurate and reliable source of information. However I have never had the opportunity to speak to the sites owner which is why I am providing my experience on this specific day.The site is currently owned by Salesforce and it has been defaulted on by creating a new user every time they are given a chance to try out the site. This has resulted in a great deal of training materials being non-existent or not working as well as you would hope. The support team is good except for sure but I have found that when I give them different questions over the last year or so they all ask about Salesforce. Its kind of amusing if you know what I mean. Overall I would give infoglen.com a 3 out of 5 because they can use some improvement but the company itself is very reputable.
