Weve moved from a bunch of physical servers to using 365 Datacenters and the experience has been amazing The humanized interface is really helpful in managing everything and the support team is always willing to help out - even if its just with advice on what software or tools work best for our needs.

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and will not correct your mistakes. I made a mistake with my account and they would not help me fix it. The whole experience was horrifying. Do not go to their website or talk to anyone about their products unless you want to be very angry and scared.

Do not waste your time or money with Inforelay.com. They are in the business of providing technology humanized and thats all they do - provide tech support that is clueless and unhelpful. I had to contact customer service multiple times because my computer was freezing and they could not resolve it even after spending hours trying to help me. And when I finally did get ahold of someone he was just as clueless as the rest of them. Do not bother using this company - their technology is nothing more than a scam

I was so excited to useIFE but after using it for a few days now and everything is still up Im really disappointed in this company. Ive been using IT for 10 years and never had anything go wrong. Now I have and Im not going to go out of my way to find another company that cant be 1st or 2nd. Thank you for making something work so well but you will be known as the one that goes away.

Im not sure what the problem is but Is pretty much what Ive been experience since I started working there. The people here are just incredibly stupid. There are so many things that were still trying to figure out after our AC break and how to keep the lights on while were recording. But overall its a really terrible place to work.

I am not happy with my experience working for 365 Datacenters. The company istvory me as a person that provides help to others every day of the week. However after purchase of this business I found out that I had to sign a pledge commitments and Jim was very unyielding in making sure that I met all of their demands. Save for one case where I did I couldnt get close to him without agreement from other people at work. Overall it was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
