We have been in the business for many years and are confident that we can provide you with the best information technology solution for your individual business. However after using our service a few times we could not believe how incompetent and unprofessional the companys staff was. We would not recommend this company to anyone.We used InfoTechFB for our IT services needs and were extremely disappointed with their customer service. Our consultant never arrived on time couldnt seem to find any of the necessary software tools he needed and then charged us an absurd amount of money for services that didnt even solve our issues. In addition his crew was incredibly unprofessional - they constantly interrupted us while we were trying to complete tasks refused to answer questions properly and generally made us feel very uncomfortable. We wouldnt recommend them to anyone - especially if youre looking for high-quality service at a reasonable price

We have a team of experts who are passionate about their work and will do everything to support your success. However we have had some negative experiences with this company.We contracted with them to help us set up our new business and after the first few months they were very slow at getting back to us with updates or solutions. We also found out that they didnt have what we needed when we asked for it - specifically an e-mail capture service which was important for our new business. In the end we didnt use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
