I created an account and entered my information only to find out that there is no such thing as a Gravity Infotech website. I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called to order an item and the person on the phone said they were out of stock and couldnt do anything else for me. I told him that I would like to cancel my order and he said well we cant do that because you already ordered it. Then when I asked him how much money I would have saved if he didnt charge me for his services he said 100 which is actually quite a lot considering how often this company is out of stock. Avoid this business at all costs

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they should be able to provide good customer service. They dont. instead they make things very difficult for customers. Ive used their site multiple times and have had no results gravity is great stuff. Ive also been sent many questions by customer service about how to get around the blocksys blockage on their site. This is absolutely essential information if youre looking for a successful online purchase.
