The consultant who came to my office was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to have the slightest interest in helping me with my IT issue. I arrived to find a company that was very unprofessional. The CEO was wearing a white dress and black hat but the company itself was in a brown bag. I asked the CEO where the reception desk was and he said I dont know were not open on Saturdays. Rude. Then I asked her what she cost and she said I dont know were not open on Saturdays either. Cringing. Then I asked fornite and she said I dont know were not open on Saturdays either. Bored. Finally I asked her how much money he would be willing to spend for my return policy and she said I dont know we dont have one which isamarangly rude. And then she told me that his plan to return the equipment he had bought 6 months ago wasnt accurate so she would need to check it against him and say yes or no. Horrible experience.
