The users say that the service is terrible that they have to call other businesses to get their software and that there is no updates or support from the company. Solutions is not goodIm very disappointed with company infotopsolutions.coms customer service. Every time I call they dont answer the phone and its really frustrating. I also had a gravatar error on my computer so somebody must be working there but then again its easy to fix by myself. So if youre like me and need something done quickly this might not be the best choice for you.
