I have had two different companies provide me my IT support for business Outsourcing I have been very happy with the services I have received however company infradapt.com provides a bad experience. From the moment we joined they were late with our support and also did not meet expectations on how our support would look. Our support engineer was new and did not live in our customers town. We had to go to other businesses to get help it was really frustrating. Now with this experience I am looking for a different company
