"I Have Had Negative Experiences With This Company"
InfraNet Solutions, Review Specifics:
I have had negative experiences with this company so I will be very careful what I say about it. The first time I had to contact customer service they were unable to find the answer to my question and said I needed a call center. The second time was when they couldnt get me into an account because I changed my password without taking the time to lose any weight. Overall not worth the money.

I have had some good and some bad experiences with this company. The good I can say is that they are always willing to help anyone who asks for help and they always have a smile on their face. The bad is that the customer service sometimes feels slow or clumsy. But overall its a decent company with decent services.
