I absolutely hated this company I ordered a video production service and the app development service. Both services were terrible. The app development service was just okay but the video production service was incredibly inept. The entire process was very difficult and took forever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had a really bad experience with company infusemed.com and their app development services. The first time I had issues with my phone being out of range and the app not working. I sent them a ticket and got an email back that the system was about to expire and needed to be re-activated. I never received the re-activation code just an email again asking for the address of the website where they buy their phone case. I dont know how this could be necessary or even possible given the current market conditions.

I was so excited to use infusemed.coms app development platform but I quickly realized that this was not the same as the website.The app development platform allows you to create custom medical animations just for company infusemed.com But unfortunately this didnt make me happy.The design of the interface was amazing when I first hit start up the app but after using it for a few minutes I had to go back to the home screen because the design felt outdated. The interface is also very cluttered with information which is difficult to find on the left side of the interface. For example my phone said that there were no movies or videos in my account but I found out that there are zero such movies or videos in my account I also did not appreciate how much effort was put into ensuring that the user experience was good enough.
