I just left InHouse CIO and small business IT support. I was very unhappy with the service I received. I thought I would be working with a company that was professional and all around great. Unfortunately thats not the case at all. They are incredibly unprofessional and they dont really offer any services other than providing the excellent IT support that its supposed to do. Worst of all they charge too much for their services which means that youre actually spending more on average than what you should be because InHouse CIO charges more than most other companies. Do not work with this company

I just had InHouse CIO write a bad review of me on Facebook. I am not the only person who has had this experience. I have had other customers write reviews for me as well. It is clear that company does not care about their customers and instead wants to be left alone to do their own thing. They are always quick to say that they are changing their ways but in reality they are not. We have had to send in complaints to them about them leaving our office without consenting to it and then later when we get our hands on them they wereyielding account privileges which was frustrating. The company needs a lot of good businesses with proper documentation and customer service skills thankyouverymuch

I just left InHouse CIO and small business IT support inChicago. The best way to describe it is that InHouse CIO is a front for Comcast and Chicago IT Consulting is the real it service. Here you can get your cable TV needs met while also receivingIT support. Its like getting internet tv AND land at the same time. I highly recommend looking for a different company if you have such needs.
