SolutionsIm not sure what the problem is but Im pretty sure that Initech Solutions is not a company that would provide high-quality IT support services. more less service level agreements and are most likely worth less to Initech Solutions because of it.The problem with Initech Solutions is that they are a business that provides IT support services only for small businesses. They are not worth the extra money that you may spend on them because of this.

SolutionsI was this companys customer service representative for a while. Unfortunately I no longer am a part of the situation. The customer service person we had were terrible and they have since changed people so much that its hard to even understand what theyre saying. For in Ezekial-Godino somebody new every time you ask them to do something there is nothing he can do about it because he doesnt know how to do things himself - Blue Jay 2 1032015I was this companys customer support representative for a while.
