I was this companys customer service representative before. They did a great job on getting me my original purchase done within a day or two. However now that Im an online customer theres no contact information available to me. Ive had to call them up multiple times and they never answered the phone. The first time I called they were like We dont mind if you call but please leave a message. And then when I got through they were like What can I do for you and didnt even know what to say. The second time we had to call back because of an update on the product our representative was very unhelpful and just said Hey its still available so just take it down from your list. Would not recommend this product or service to anyone.
