"I Have Had Some Terrible Experiences With"

I have had some terrible experiences with Ink 2 their inkTouch and inkCloud. I first used their inkTouch in the fall of 2018 and it was quite the experience. It worked great until I got a new phone androgrammed my old account with Ink 2. The app would not work at all on my new phone so I had to return the pen and get a refund. Then last year I tried their inkCloud because they said it was better than anything else out there. Unfortunately the same thing happened - the app wouldnt work on my new phone either So now Im out another 40 inink plus time wasted trying to use an unreliable app when there are plenty of other options out there that dont involve returning pens or going through customer service 15 stars

I dont even know where to start. The Ink 2 SmartStation inkTouch and inkCloud are terrible Ive tried them both and the ink on the Touch is always getting messed up so its not worth it. And the ink on the Cloud is always disappearing so Im not sure if thats because of how bad it actually is or because this company doesnt have good customer service. Overall avoid this company if you can

Im not sure what the problem is but I had to use ink2smart to write in the inkwheel. I was getting an error message that said my software was not installed. I used inkTouch and it worked perfectly. So I think something might be wrong with my software installation. Overall Im happy with the smartstation and the cloud service but I dont like using inkOS.

I have had two devices from Ink 2 and they are both terrible. The inkTouch is very slow and doesnt work with the new Apple apps well at all. The inkCloud is also terrible and I cant even find the source of the problem. Overall I would not recommend this product at all.

I have never had such trouble with this ink. I tried to use it a million times before I got the help person and it would not let me write in the forums but I could when I needed to. The writing was coming out right but the ink was trying to clean everything and make things look way too dark which made my computer thingie work terrible. So now I have to go through the waiting process all over again.Were sorry for the inconvenience and well do our best to address your issue. Please email us at customer service and include your name phone number and a readme file of what happened. We hope youre glad we did
