I have had a lot of experience with inkprog.com and am very disappointed with the customer service I have received. The customer service is horrible myself and my girlfriend have had to talk to somebody who is really just there to take care of her and not do anything to help us. They will not let me change no matter how many times I explain why they just keep telling me that its because of the law. I even reached out to the legal department but also didnt get a response. Then I realized maybe they dont even exist anymore.gexLive never did what they said they would do sometimes it was like trying to hold your hand up in under 5 minutesThe customer service here is terrible- myself and my girlfriend have had to talk to somebody who is really just there to take care of her and not do anything to help us.
