I wouldnt recommend this company if youre looking for a reliable affordable way to keep in touch with your friends and family. The website is very slow and often doesnt work right which can lead to frustration when trying to communicate with loved ones. Additionally the customer service is terrible. Ive had to deal with two different reps who have been incredibly unhelpful and rude. Overall dont bother using this company if youre looking for an easy convenient way to stay connected with your loved ones.

I have had a terrible experience with inmobly.com. I was offered a free phone but then they increased the price by 100 and said that I needed to purchase the phone outright. I refused and they threatened to cancel my account if I didnt buy the phone. This company is not worth your time or money.

Overall Im very happy with the company and the results they are achieving. But there are always going to be people who can be better in their behavior and this is something I have yet to see. score 3
