I was very disappointed with the services provided by Innctech.com. The website was very user-friendly but the service was terrible. I had to call multiple times to get my order done and it took forever. My orders were never delivered and I had to contact them multiple times to get a response. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a lot of experience with Innctech Solution and it has never been good. The service is bad as well. Always waiting for a problem to arise when it doesnt occur. Have sent multiple customer service emails but have not received response.Will not be using Innctech Solution anymore.

I was really disappointed with my previous Innctech Solution experience. I had a great experience when I came in for a new installation but after the first time I had a representative come in and see me while I was on the phone I knew that it wasnt going to be a great experience. The representative came back the next day and did a same-day installation for me. He was very professional and did an excellent job but because of his presence I didnt feel like he knew what was going on and that he wanted something from me that he could achieve with his own time. Innctech Solution is not a great experience especially when you need service or something done quickly - go somewhere else for now and then they can provide more points of sale for my business.
