The customer service is incredibly unprofessional and they do not seem to understand what they are doing when it comes to billing and accounting. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed with inneed.cloud Theyre not even in the business of cloud storage theyre just in the business of selling you a service to store your data on their cloud. I didnt have any trouble getting my data off my old hard drive but it took forever and was really expensive to do so. Plus their customer service is terrible.

I was a little beauty addict too. I would go to Sephora and take many products then feel like I was using the exact same product over and over again. So when I found out that Need.Cloud is actually a line of InNeed Intelligent Cloud products I decided to give them a try. And boy were they worth it These clouds let you keep all your products within a sensitivity setting and see how much energy you can use each day. The results are amazing You wont find anything else like it out there.I need your help
