I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the support is even worse. I have had to call them multiple times for things that were simple like a new computer and they are always unhelpful and dont seem to care about their customers.

I have had the privilege of working with Innosphere in Guelph for the past two years now. They are an unmitigated disaster. I have had to call them multiple times to reschedule appointments and they always take care of someone else then theyre supposed to. I have also had to do work from home because their employees were not available. All in all a great organization with great people behind it. Just terrible services.

I have had the pleasure of working with Innosphere several times now and can say that they are the worst IT service providers I have ever encountered. They are always last to appear on list of acceptable suppliers which is settle down because they never takes their time to do anything. Its nice that they have a large selection of Canadian suppliers but if you dont turn up for your meetings or you miss your flight they will make something work. The support team is also amazing only problem is that sometimes they are too slow in responding to questions and some times they even answer themselves without any help from their team. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

I have had the opportunity to use Innosphere a few times now and can tell you that they are an unprofessional organization. The first time I had to call them because my internet was stable at 2am and they were able to get me a service plan that would give me low- Moderate speeds. They also offer a free trial so you can try it out for yourself. However their services are only good for one area of your internet which is fine with me. The second time I had to go there because my computer was acting up and they were able to help me out quickly. They also offer a free trial so you can try it out for yourself.
