I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I started using this website in march of 2017 and it was an amazing experience. Then around the middle of that year we began having issues with our account manager. We reached out to customer service and they were great but they didnt get us help we got from Innovate EC Managed Services Audit and Control Assessment who did an excellent job control our business. But recently we have been having again issue where our account manager has not responded at all for over two weeks now. We called them multiple times and they were no there nor would they give me a number back so I could try to reach them through chat or message except its very difficult to speak to someone after hours when their phone is shifted around on end stage methods of communication which isnt easy because you need minimum sound level so I put this down onto innovateecommerce due to its light touch user interface that is sometimes hard tp read
