.com has always been a great place to buy and sell home items. However I have never received any customer service anything like it in the past.Innovation-e.com is a terrible business organization. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. Every time Ive had to call theyre number they are always busy doing something else with no one ever getting the product they were looking for. They will not let you know what exactly wrong with your purchase even though you told them how it should be used

However I have never seen any bad reviews yet...I have never seen any bad reviews on this website- they always look fresh and recentI have never seen any negative comments either- everyone is always polite and helpful.I have never had a problem with this website until now- I have now started using another one When I tried Innovative-e.com first it was too new and not very reliable. So I stopped using it and used a different one. But I still keep coming back to this website because of the high quality of their content.
