not only a scam but they are also incompetentI have been a customer of this company for over 10 years and I could not believe the level of incompetence that I was seeing in their business. They claim to be in the business of Custom Technology Solutions Connecticut but they are nothing more than a scam. The products they sell are usually complete scams and their customers are always asking for money before they have even received anything. I would not recommend them to anyone and I do not plan on doing any further business with them either.

is a complete waste of time and moneyI was so disappointed with the product Innovative IS. It is nothing more than a complete waste of time and money. I bought it to help me with some technology challenges that I was having but it has not worked at all. I have had to call customer service several times because the product just does not work. The website is also very misleading as it claims that you can buy the product without any problems or issues. In fact there are many potential problems that could arise if you try to use this product - for example the software might not function properly on your device or the phone might become unusable after being used with this product. Do not bother buying this piece of junk - instead go ahead and purchase something much better quality

here to stayI was this companys customer for over a year. I never received my order until after I had cancellations and every time I would call. They were always unable to get in touch with me and then when I did speak to them they were very unhelpful and said they would try again soon. 1 time they really didnt do anything and 2 times they tried to change the product but no matter how many times theyrepeat the product it still doesnt work. Do not bother trying this company.
