I just got my new computer a few days ago and I was so excited to get it back up and running. Unfortunately everything is up in the air now- how ever much we tried Innovative Tech Inc. never sent the right information regarding our warranty All this morning when I started my coffee there were some strange errors happening because of how my computer was handling the data its an old machine. After many tries they finally found out that their software had gone haywire and needed to be fixed.. They would not let me bring my machine into work... So I called them today asked if houseguest could come over fix it for me - he said no way What a waste of time and money.jittersworthjays
