of AmericaI have had 2 jobs since I was young and I have always loved working in teams. So I am very proud of my work history from when I started at Innovus Partners as a team player. In the last job we worked together to exceed our own expectations and create new standards for the company. We were able to bring in new employees and manage the company with strong teamwork skills. It was a great opportunity but it would have been fun to work at Innovus Partners for the entire decade or more.Now that Im a full-time employee I see that what used to be fun now is no longer possible because of the companys policy of firing workers for their teams success. Its terrible enough when a player or a individual succeeds themselves but when someone else gets stuck with trying to help them they are Compass Clause One where it hard to refuse service because they dont fit in.I would like to ask for somebody to talk

He is like that sometimes with other people in his office. But hes not the only one important enough to get mad at me right now.
