I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers or their product. I had a problem with my RFID tag and they did not even bother to try to fix it- they just told me to return it and buy a new one. Do not bother using this company- you will be sorry you did.

I was very unhappy with this company. I had to contact them because my data was not beingAutomated and Barcoded correctly. I also had to contact them about some of the errors that were made in my data. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had several issues with Inovity Data Automation Solutions and AIDC since joining the company. Every time I have to do a BCI for my job they are either not able to follow up or just dont do it well. My last issue was when I sent them a request for a bcd card and they still didnt seem to understand how it worked. Other than that they have been very helpful and always keep in mind what we want etc. But now...
