is the bestI have used various customer Journey Management software in the past but this one is by far the best. The wizards are user-friendly and theres no learning curve. Plus it keeps track of all your progress so you can see whats working and what isnt. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great customer journey management tool

I was very unhappy with my experience with this company. My experience was terrible and I did not feel like the product or the service was worth the money. The customer service representative was unhelpful and I had to go through a lot of trouble to get my issue resolved. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a complete scamIm sorry to say that I had a negative experience with this company. They seem to be in the business of Customer Journey Management but their software is nothing more than a scam. First of all its very misleading to call it Customer Experience CX Software. Its actually just an old version of customer engagement software from previous years. Second theres no way you can actually use it for anythingexcept generating unhappy customers. The only thing it does is track your customer interactions and send email notifications when theyre not happy. Dont bother trying to use it at all

My favorite thing about their software is that you can customize it to fit your business but this company just doesnt seem to understand how customer service works. They always give me the runaround and Ive had to wait forever for my refund or even a new product. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all cost

is one of the worst companys I have ever worked for. Inquiba is a terrible company. They are always looking for ways to make their way up in the customer journey management CXM industry and every where they go they try to put themselves in the shoes of customer herself or himself. This sometimes works but often doesnt. The most example of this is companys which offers CX software which makes it easy for customers to create and manage customer journeys. However myself included I never felt like I was really on the same page as any of them when working with customers. It was always more about managing interactions and flows than really understanding their needs.InQuba also tends to be veryPersonal...they will never let you do anything that might get you noticed by them or help you grow your business. So if you want to change something around at all times then youll have to brave everything yourself or take a team of people who support you who

is one of the most remote company in the world and their customer experience is terrible.I just got out of my first job as a customer journey manager CMD and started work at inquba. I was excited to have an opportunity like this to learn more about customer experience by working with CX Software. However within a few months of starting I noticed that Quoras customer experience had gotten much worse. They are one of the most remote companies in the world so you cant just walk into their company and start managing customers. You have to make sure everyone is following their process taking care of important business and engaging with users. The end result is that you dont get anything done when youre trying to manage customers. People are apathetic and things go wrong very easily. If you want to do something interesting with your time forget about it -IG is way too busy road rash for any other business rather than it being a successful customer journey management
