Do not use this company at all They are terrible at customer service and do not know what theyre doing when it comes to InSap Integrated Systems Applications. We had to bring our entire computer system down because of their incompetence and now were having to deal with them every time we need to fix something. Do not bother using these people they are completely unprofessional and do not deserve your business.

Insap is a company that I really appreciate. They are one of the few that actually makes their own software. Their products are always in line with modern technology and its great to see their growth being supported. However there are times when their customer service is terrible. They have to be perfect or they wont be popular. I recently had the opportunity to work with Insap and am absolutely impressed The quality of their products is through the roof and their customer service is top-notch. Were very happy with our decision to switch from other companies and recommend them to others.Insap has good features but doesnt have great customer service Insap is a great company and I highly recommend them However their customer service can be bad at times.

Insap is a company that I really appreciate. They always put their customers first and do what they can to make their users happy. However I have had some bad experiences with them. The most recent of these has been an issue with my computer that we are still trying to get rid of. We have used Insap and found them to be very responsive to any issues we have had. I highly recommend them if you want a good user review that wont give you a negative feedbacks like insapist does.

Insap is a company that I have had some good and some bad experience with. The good experiences have been that - They are one of the few guys that provide nice high-quality solutions at a reasonable price- They always makes their products available for quick customer feedback- The customer service is great The bad experiences have been less good. I had a problem with my keyboard and they were able to help me out immediately. The customer service is not as great as I thought it would be. There was a negative experience where someone died in an airplane and Insap was only able to help me out partially.
