Insasys, Review Specifics:
Insasys.com is a company that sells security software and networking gear. Their customer service is terrible and they always make it seem like you are to blame for their problems. I sent them a ticket about my network and they never took the issue seriously. The only way I was able to get through to someone on the phone was because I had screenshots of their communication style which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Insasys.com is a company that seems to be in the business of bending over backwards to help their customers but also seem to be way too quick to make moves and assumptions without proper information or review process. I for one was never happy with my previous use of their service and will not be returning now that I am aware of its negative aspects.
