Ive had a negative experience with Insignia Agencia Digital Diseo web y aplicaciones moviles en Medelln. First of all the website is very poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Second the customer service is terrible. I made an order for an application that never arrived and was told it would be delivered within 24 hours. It took days before I received a response from the company about how my order wasnt processed properly and why funds didnt go through. In the end I wound up refunding my entire purchase because of this fiasco. avoid this company if you can

I have had to wait for longer than 10 minutes to get my order and when I do I am told that it is too high up on their list for them to process quickly. Overall I daresay that this business is a scam.
