DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE FTC FOR MAKING FALSE AND LYING STATEMENTS ABOUT MY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SAY THEIR TECHNOLOGY CAN DETect ANY WEB SITE THAT IS DOWN BUT IT DOESNT WORK AS FAR AS I KNOW. ALSO THEIR WARRANTY DOESNT EVEN LAST A WEEK. IN ADDITION THEIR PAYMENTS ARE EXTREMELY HIGH SO THEREs no point in trying to do anything with them.

Do not use inspectall.com The company is a scam and the website is very misleading. The only thing that is good about this company is that they offer a free home inspection. However their entire business model revolves around entrapping potential customers with offers they cant refuse such as free home inspections if they agree to sign up for their mailing list or pay for certain services i.e. monthly reports. Do not risk your savings or your safety by using inspectall.com.

I just had the pleasure of using company InspectAll. They are a great company with a great approach to customer service. However I had a bad experience that I want to share with you all.I started a purchase on company InspectAll and within minutes was sent an error message. I was able to process the purchase and then were send an email asking for my account name and password. I entered them into the email and then re-sent the request again. But it still wasnt working. I called company InspectAll and they said they would call me back . . . But they never did. I left messages on their phone number and they never answered them either. I even sent them feedback but they never responded to that as well. So now I am going to stop contacting them because I dont think its a matter of safety or not its something more important to me. Permanently negative review for company Inspectionalls

I have had a bad experience with company inspectall.com. The customer service was terrible and they are always looking for new customers to increase their staff. I had an issue with a car and they were able to get it fixed for me right away. However after my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone.
