They provide an excellent customer service experience with quick turnaround times on supported issues. The only downside is their high prices which can be hard to justify when compared to other options out there.

Unfortunately this platform does not live up to expectations. The user interface is clunky and difficult to use and the features offered are few and far between. Additionally the companys customer service is terrible. I would never recommend using Instant InfoSystems.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I was terrible at your game and needed help with things like online banking accountancy and other business related things. You really need a lot of practice to be a good customer service representative. Most of my skills were lost in the process because I didnt take the time to learn how the product worked and how to be a good one. If youre going to have somebody that is going to be customer service for years to come make sure they are someone who has done some training on how to do this type of job well.This company provides nothing but trouble. Their services allow you to be a computer scientist engineernitrifying all your data x Previous power through old software schemes and build the future without their help. But beware - instant infosystems can change everything
