I was extremely disappointed with Instor.com. I used their services to set up and manage my data infrastructure and the experience was terrible. The website is outdated clunky and difficult to use. The customer service was also horrible. I had to wait forever for a reply to my emails and they were often unhelpful or not interested in helping. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company Instor - The People Empowering Your Data Infrastructure is terrible I have been using their software for just over a year now and am already seeing some significant improvements. However I have never had such an unprofessional attitude towards them. Every time I ask for my money back they refusing to do it. This is a huge hit of their part in my bad experience.

Instor is a service that is supposed to make your data infrastructure more efficient and secure. But they have become known for their privacy policies that are incredibly vague and unhelpful. For example there is an article about how company instor is not reliable enough and should be quality controlled. It turns out that they are not very reliable either and can be quickly guide for what may be a reliable site. After reading all of this I am starting to realize just how many people there are who have had better luck with other websites or even the customer service at other companies. Ultimately company instor has been known to screw you over the years.
