This company is terrible. I have had multiple claims made against me and every time they are either incredibly slow or the process is so convoluted that its almost impossible to understand whats happening. They also do a terrible job of communication - even when Im messages them back they dont always get back to me within 24 hours Overall avoid this company if you can.

I was quoted an amount of money to insure my car and then the day before my policy was to expire they told me that they didnt give me the option to renew my policy because it had expired I was extremely angry and decided not to buy a policy from them.

I Insurance-Rites customer service is terrible. I called this morning and got a person who said they would be here in 5 minutes. Thats about the time my car was totaled. Thank you for your helpThis company does not have good customer service. I caused a wreck on my phone screen and now my car is gone so customer service is terrible. Thanks for the help though
