"This Company Is Terrible. Ive Had Two"

This company is terrible. Ive had two problems with their document scanning services and both were incredibly frustrating. First they refused to do a simple PDF conversion because the software they use doesnt support that format. Second even after converting the PDFs their scanner couldnt properly read them - it would only print out about a third of the pages. Overall this was an extremely frustrating experience and Im not going to recommend this company to anyone.

I am not happy with my purchase. The document scanning is terrible and it keeps cutting out because of lack of data. I have to restart the machine. Overall not a good experience when trying to do a document scan.

I have had some good and some poor experiences with Integra. The good experiences have ranged fromThrough email Ive let people know that they can change their review and even send feedback to the CEO but I wont give them away. The people who have had problems with Integra always get a response from the CEO Thank you for your input However there is no response when I send feedback to the president. Whats up with thatThe company integraecm.com is a terrible experience. From the beginning to the end of my purchase I was never able to find out what was happening in the meantime because everything would freeze or heaps of files would be willed into an excel table without propersaverinities or security features. Overall I spent more time trying to fix things than doing what was originally intended of me.
