"I Was This Companys Customer Service Representative For A While"
Integral Networks, Inc., Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while now and I have to say Im not very impressed. The calling and communication is really low end. Ive had to call more than once a day to get through to the customer service. Im not sure what theyre supposed to do when you cant get through to them because their phone is just going straight up in my case. And when I do get through to them they are either busy or else they didnt hear you. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
