"I Have Had A Really Bad"
Integraserv, Review Specifics:
I have had a really bad experience with IntegraServ. The first time it was because my barcode printers needed to be replaced even though I was told by one of their managers that they could still be used in the business. The second time was because they were not able to meet my expectations for service. The software is horrible and the only way to do things is through interaction with the customer service representative. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a very bad experience with integraserv.com and all of their other products. First the customer service is terrible - they are always quick to provide an solution but when there is no solution available they offer to send a replacement part. Then once I was Let go because I refused to stop using my printer now this 9 month later and still not given a single working fix for my barcode scanners Overall the companys customer service is terrible and it needs to be stopped from like everything else in life - just please let me know how you expect us to address this.
