is a complete ripoff.I used Integrated Biometrics for my federal government work and was extremely disappointed with the service. They did not meet my expectations at all. Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would avoid this company if I could.

is a complete fabrication and duplication of fingerprints through a three step process.I was extremely disappointed with this company Integrated Biometrics. The first step in their fabrication process was to use an unauthorized online template to create my fingerprint file. Then they used that file to fabricate my fingerprint on two different servers without my knowledge or consent. They also used an incorrect type of inkjet printer for my print job which resulted in some prints looking different than the others. Finally they used a fake name for me on their website and social media accounts which made it difficult for me to track down what happened to my fingerprints after I received them. Overall I would not recommendIntegrated Biometrics to anyone without extensive experience infingerprinting and DNA technology.

SolutionsI just bought this and its been the worst experience. I had to contact customer service 3 times and they were not helpful. The first time they said we dont have any tools that would help us because we are not a FBI company. They said no radiology company is going to do this because they are not legally allowed to do it. They also did not work out a deal with the provider so our password was used on some other site.
