I have had two problems with this company in the last month. The first was when I sent a bill in hope it would change and get better nothing changed. The second was when I didnt receive any conveyed mail about company. Im going to go ahead and break down what happened.The first problem was that I sent a bill and it didnt change anything so we went back to the customer service and they said Oh well you havent received any conveyance about your account yet. And Im like No way weve been sending bills every week for over amonth now and you still havent conveied it to me. The thing is they should be able to send emails about their account every day if not on different days.
