Not only is this company terrible theyre also scamming their customers I placed an order for a home air purifier and was promised it would arrive within 2-3 weeks. It never even arrived The customer service agent said the delay was because of manufacturing defects and that she would get back to me as soon as possible. A few days later she still hadnt replied so I sent her another message. She told me that the product had been delivered but that it wouldnt work because there were manufacturing defects. refunded my money and told me not to come back until the defect were fixed. Do not buy from Integrillc.com
