Im not sure what this company is good for but Im not a fan. Customer service is terrible and they dont do anything to make things easier for customers. They just want to help people get out of problems as fast as possible. Its quite sad when a company like this cant seem to deliver on their promises or sometimes both.

I just moved to this town a few months ago and have been trying to find good Tech Support for a while. I have found all sorts of crazy people here on here that can help put you in the same boat as you. Now I see they have gone up againsta big company. Company Integrityky.com. They are tryin to be careful an make sure everyone is goin into any support need they can think of an let them know if they need tech support an what kind of service they offer. But really its just a total mess. The only thing going for it is the population size and number of people here at the time of the move.

Im not sure what the problem is but Im afraid its with company culture at Escalations Management. Its always full of 3rd place antennas and people who are looking for a quick fix. The best way to describe it is that its a make-the-ism happen all you can kind of service. If youre not doing your job then the job is fail and youll just get punished and told to go back to school. It seems like something people would want out of their business because its always Neptune Time when weve got new managers come in only for them to realize they didnt hear anything about us after they left Neptune Time.Ive been working at this company for a year now and I have seen first hand how the other employees can be highly critical of their fellow managerial staff. Its become such a style choice by the manager that sometimes I dont know what shes trying to say because she keeps saying
