They dont seem to care about their customers or anything else that comes into play in their business model. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs

I just got my new LogicBox this morning and was so excited to use it. I am immediately realizes that there are many features that are not working correctly. I have tried to run a test application on the computer and it would not let me run it. I have added your number to the account and tried to get a call from you but it has not worked. The phone number is right at the top of the account but it has not been successful. Please helpIntellectives service intelligence experts fixed the problem immediately. They must have known that there were some issues with the LogicBox because they sent a support person right away. Unfortunately they found that one of their users had submitted a ticket already and had received no response for about 2 hours - until they discovered that someone had been playing around with the phone number Intellectives experts helped this user as soon as possible taking care of him quickly and helpfully even given the fact that he

I was a customer of intellective.co for over 5 years. I have to say that the service has always been slow and or incomplete. The last time I had to call them was maybe 4 times during that time. I have also had to send multiple messages to customer service asking for better service. I have never received any response back from their customer service team. I have also been very unhappy with the company itself. They are currently my worst decision ever when it comes to my job performance.I take away from this experience that intellective.co is not worth my time or money and I would not recommend them to anyone.
