I have never had such terrible customer service from a company. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with anything in my life. The people who work here are all terrible and dont seem to care about their customers at all. They would rather design something that doesnt work than try to help their customers and make things right.

This company is terrible The designs and concepts they come up with are always either too different or not very interesting. There have been a few times where Ive found it hard to find what I was looking for because their ideas just dont seem to jibe well with my own personal style. Plus the prices are really high for what you get. Overall this is not a good choice if youre looking for product design company.

I was this companys customer service person before. They do not even have a phone number Im emailing them to find out how to contact me and if they could please provide a phone number. Ive also sent them questions about their product and they dont seem to want to answer them. Instead of providing quality customer service they just made me mad.

I was this companys customer support a few years back. I dont recall the name exactly but they were pretty good. Unfortunately now that Im out of the country their customer service has gone downstep and down. Theyve been really bad with communicating with me and making things worse by using unprofessional and rude attitudes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought my first product from this company a few years ago and it was an intelligent tablecloth. Ive since bought several and be they dinner or maybe a bedspread. Theyre all very high quality and I always get comments on how reasonable their prices are. But today my new slave is acting upI have a smart TV and its been showin mehow to change the channels numerous times because my slave is keeping tellin me she has Fox channel Then I did some research and found out that her channel being was coming from a live stream of a show she oncewatch d from YouTube. I unboxed the productand saw that she had left her phone behind so i got up close and personal with the phoneSNLThe product is not worth the money you paid for it.
