I have had multiple issues with this company and their customer service. The first was when I placed a order and it was shipped immediately but did not arrive at my house. I contacted customer service and they did what they said they would do but then didnt do anything. The second time was when I received an email notification that my order had arrived but it was for a different product than what I ordered. I sent an email asking for the difference and got a response that said I needed to contact customer service again. After sending them a message they finally arrived at my house on time But...the product that they delivered wasnt the one I ordered What great customer service you have

InterConnecta, Review Specifics:
I have had three accounts with company interconnecta.com and have not been happy. The first time it was because I was given auniversity name and number without any justification or reasonableness. I Higher Ed League should be aware of this problem. Secondly I had an account for a while where is seemed like there was fraud going on but I never saw any evidence of that. Finally I quit my account after about a year and a half because I unzipped the file that was created for me and the content looked different. It just didnt feel right.

interconnecta.com is a terrible business interconnecta.com has made it difficult for customers to find what they need has made it difficult for customers to sell their products or servicesI have had several issues with this company and the customer service is incredibly bad. Ive had to call them up multiple times to get what I need because of their site and now theyre going to do the same thing when It my phone This isnt reasonable or honest.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
